2016 was a very exciting year for the Nature Mapping Jackson Hole Snake River Float Trip program!
Jackson Hole Vintage Adventures was happy to help increase the number of nature mapping float trips in Jackson Hole this year and count more species than ever before. There was a record 111 species found across the 20 float trips we took: 100 birds, 10 mammals, and 1 amphibian. We also counted people! There were 8,658 individuals counted. We had 52 observers join us throughout the year, 43 of whom were new participants and 31 of whom were certified nature mappers.
